Kyle has over a decade of experience in providing office based and onsite construction management and engineering services to municipal owners of water and wastewater treatment facilities. He has worked in various roles including Project Manager, Resident Engineer and Construction Manager for capital projects ranging from $100,000 - $30 million and totaling in excess of $100 million in both horizontal and vertical construction. Vertical construction includes water treatment plant upgrades, wastewater treatment plant upgrades, pump stations, odor control facilities and water towers. Horizontal construction includes conveyance pipelines, Jack and Bore, Horizontal Directional Drilling and both TBM and MTBM tunneling. Kyle possesses a combination of design engineering and construction management skills which enables him to work cohesively with owners and their extended teams to find cost effective and productive solutions to ensure projects adhere to budget and are completed on time.
