CURRENT OPENINGS
Project Manager - Northern Virginia: 2-5+ years experience minimum with water/wastewater construction preferred. Prior experience with a general contractor with estimating and scheduling experience is a plus. Responsible for project controls; subcontractors and vendor coordination, preparing contracts, submittals, and O&M’s for the Engineer and Owner, scheduling labor, and responsible for overall job profitability. Must have the ability to maintain an open dialog with the Engineer/Owner.
Tenured Superintendent specializing in water/wastewater projects: 3-10+ years experience as a Superintendent in the water/wastewater construction industry. Prior experience with a General or Mechanical Contractor with some detailed experience in Mechanical Piping, Equipment, and systems including controls/electrical and concrete. Responsible for coordination of labor and subcontract work onsite as well as coordination with Operations and Project Manager, as well as Owners/Engineers. Responsible for labor tracking and man-hour reporting. May be required to travel to multiple job sites.
