Celeste has over 20 years of business operational experience working with large Fortune 100 firms, as well as smaller start-up companies in both the commercial and federal markets. She has led sizable teams across the East Coast to accomplish corporate revenue as well as profitability objectives.   In her role with WGK Construction, Celeste oversees our Finance, Human Resources and Marketing/Business development functions.  She is helping us achieve our immediate objective of continuing to grow and retain a team of talented engineering & construction professionals who are “client-focused” and whose primary objective is to deliver finished projects on time and within or under budget.
